ENABLING FEATURES
Our technology can be tailored to provide many features:

Flexible molds can be left in place or removed after the concrete hardens. We design them to serve various purposes, such as waterproofing, structural reinforcement, blast resistance, and electromagnetic shielding

Multilayer structures with functionally graded layers enabling thermal insulation and blast/projectile resistance

Ultra-thin shell structures for which ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) can be used

SUSTAINABLE AND RESILIENT
Our technology offers lower emissions compared to conventional concrete structures or 3D-printed concrete structures.

It enables the construction of thin and ultra-thin shell structures, resulting in reduced concrete and cement use

It utilizes minimal equipment, requiring less vehicles and reducing emissions

It can use concrete with a higher aggregate volume fraction compared to 3D-printed concrete, since 3D printing requires concrete with high cement content for extrusion and cement is the major contributor to carbon footprint of concrete

It can utilize concrete mixtures that contain a high percentage of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) like fly ash, which can replace cement and lower the carbon footprint of concrete
